I asked myself a few times what are the most important characteristics for a senior creative leader...Well, I think that Chris has them all! First, an unbiased creative instinct: that pure, genuine gut feeling telling you when a simple thought can become something special. Second, the unapologetic bravery to stick with that idea, no matter what. And last but not least, the uncanny ability to empower the whole team, from accounts to strategists to junior creatives, to join the fight!
