In 2007 Chris led an internal committee to develop new Quality Control processes that established a blended approach utilizing collaborative Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts both internal and external to the design team. In 2014 & 2016 Chris co-chaired the planning of the firm's leadership retreats for Kansas City and St. Louis executive staff. In 2015 Chris led a committee to evaluate and re-design the PGAV Architects website with a renewed focus upon the firm's value proposition, messaging, and imagery curation. Most recently, responsibilities have expanded to include talent acquisition, staffing and office management.
