Provide leadership for the PDC Continuous Improvement Managers across the network, ensuring a shared vision and consistent approach to new process implementations. Organize/conduct annual Continuous Improvement Meetings and chair monthly Continuous Improvement Conference Calls. Challenge, evaluate and prioritize changes to existing processes.Serve as an onsite business owner for large scale PPD IT projects, including gathering requirements from the network and prioritizing them for the Operations Business Technology Analyst (Project Manager). Act as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) of PDC Processes for IT Developer Workshops. Support PPD IT for any business user testing of new products/equipment.Maintain knowledge of PDC process-related challenges by consistent interaction with Distribution Associates, Warehouse Supervisors and PDC Management, regular travel recommended. Active participation in Departmental Prioritization of PPD IT Projects in conjunction with Operations Support Manager and Senior Operations Project Manager.Monitoring/Auditing of actions taken in network when processing key PDC Performance Indicators including Function Productivity Rates, Dealer Claims, Shipping Errors, Issuance of Employee Errors, Statistical Inventory Accuracy and Dealer Altered Lines. Review exception requests for PDC Performance Rating (PPR) metrics and grant approval/denial. Ownership of PDC Operations Policies and PDC Operations Best Practices documents on departmental sharepoint, including approval for any updates. Maintenance and enforcement of Best Practices, in addition to analyzing benefits of continued sustainment of these Best Practices.
