Chris has worked with me for past 7 months. While his title is accounting student, his ability to service our clients far exceeds what a student would normally accomplish. He does excellent work, and is always open to suggestions for improvement. Our clients often comment on the professional manner with which he deals with them. Chris' mind is always working. On the technology side, I have never before worked with a student who has the aptitude to assimilate techonological advances so quickly. -I have 1 direct report - our bookkeeper -I handle all month-end entries and balance verifications -I present financials regularly to the C-suite and Board of Directors -I created several KPI and reporting dashboards in Power BI. -I handle all aspects of year-end in conjunction with the public accountant. -I use SQL and DAX to draw information out of our database systems and create a myriad of reports from the data. -I complete weekly financial analyses to track trends in our data and look for early warning signs of trouble. -I facilitated the integration of a 3rd party IT support company. -I migrated our banking to a different, more robust institution that provided us with far more options for financing and banking services. -I negotiate the terms on all our loans, often seeking out several quotes and then using those quotes to bid down other players.
