As the Engagement Director of Aquatics, Youth and Teens I was responsible for all Aquatics, Youth and Teen activities for the Stokes Family Branch. I lead a staff group of 85 which included Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Water Fitness Instructors, one Full Time Coordinator and one Part Time Coordinator, Four Site Supervisors and Afterschool Counselors. I lead a staff group of 85 which included Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Water Fitness Instructors, one Full Time Coordinator and one Part Time Coordinator, Four Site Supervisors and Afterschool Counselors. There was a Program Committee also under my leadership and the committee helped improve the quality of the Youth and Teen Program. I was responsible for building the annual department budget and executing that budget throughout the fiscal year. While in this role I was also responsible for Four after school locations. I built relationships with school leadership and staff members which in result enhanced the Afterschool Care Experience at each location. This role was part of a Organization Restructure in which I was responsible for creating a Teen Afterschool Program and Enhancing the Teen Summer Camp Experience.

Aquatics Director

As the Aquatics Director I was responsible for leading a group of 25 Part-time staff including Lifeguards, Water Fitness Instructors, Swim instructors and one Part Time Coordinator. Overseen all day to day pool operations and programs. I built the annual budget for the Aquatics Department as well as implemented the budget. Ensured Safety of all members and guest utilizing the Aquatics Facility.

Lifeguard/After School Counselor/ Swim Instructor

As a lifeguard I ensured all pool rules were being enforced and ensured safety of all swimmers was top priority. I also taught swimming lessons on the side. I worked with a very diverse group of people. After time in Aquatics I decided to cross train between departments and worked at the King Elementary After School Site. During this time I supervised a group of 50 kids and ensured all daily task were executed and kept open communication with program participants. As a lifeguard I ensured all pool rules were being enforced and ensured safety of all swimmers was top priority. I also taught swimming lessons on the side.
