• Worked as part of a team to deliver a large-scale SAS migration project to combine two SAS 9.1.3 and SAS 9.2 servers into one consolidated SAS 9.4 platform, hosted on a Unix o/s.• This included over 4,000 automated jobs and nearly 1,000 manually executed scripts, using a range of databases including SAS, SPDS, DB2, Oracle and Mainframe,• Played a key role in ensuring required data was moved from source to target to satisfy the demands of the business.• Assisted the business areas with Parallel Run testing to ensure the jobs were fit for purpose, post go-live.• Contributed to a large section of the Migration User Guide provided to business users to make them aware of the changes being made.• Provided strategic Early Life Support to business users (mostly across Finance and Risk) following the migration go-live event.

Teaching Intern

I taught English as a foreign language to Chinese students ranging from 5-16 years old. Class sizes were up to 15 students. The focus was on improving pronunciation and fluency. There was approximately 15 hours of face-to-face teaching each week. I helped the Chinese teachers with their own English skills and worked in conjunction with them when planning lessons. I also represented the school in a televised talent contest and assisted with local promotional work to attract new students to the school.
