In addition, I perform the following: • Provide leadership and guidance to Clinical Service team. • Develop / implement procedures that improve efficiencies and reduce costs. • Establish and manage multi center cross coverage program for Physics and Radiation Therapy. • Evaluate staffing models across multiple centers. • Continuous evaluation of new technologies/products to increase revenue, process efficiency and improve patient service. • Evaluate Physics and Radiation Oncology equipment during partnerships and acquisitions. • Support onboarding new associates through partnerships and acquisitions. • Standardize Treatment Protocols within Radiation Oncology across multiple centers. • Standardize Radiation Oncology Policy and Procedures across multiple centers. • Coordinate 3rd Party Annual Physics Documentation QA reviews. • Ensure all state and/or federal regulations are within compliance. • Submit and manage all department related capital expense requests for annual budgeting. • Manage all Vendor Contracts for Hardware and Software related to Department of Radiation Therapy. • Participate on Root Cause Analysis teams in the event of mis-administrations. • Ensures that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
