Chris' company and mine just completed a joint strategic assessment for a client related to a large-scale transformation effort. Even though, for all intents and purposes, Chris' company is technically a competitor, I am compelled to say: "wow." If you need a process analyzed, re-designed, or other-wise "fixed" Chris is your go-to guy. I have been in consulting for over 20 years, and I wish I'd had his talent on any of my hundreds of engagements. On top of his process prowess, he gets technology, which is very rare. On top of all that, he has oodles of energy, drive, an amazing work ethic, and oh yea, he's amazing to work with too. Bottom line, I absolutely hope I get to work with Chris in the future.
