  Biophysics Australia, purchased the Skin care brand Skin Physics from IGEA Life Sciences, I came on board to project and maintain IT infrastructure. Through Biophysics I was able to be involved in projects relating to ICT, Call centre environments with blended dialling capabilities, marketing, Enterprise Resource Planning & CRM systems. Where these projects goals were to achieve integration between systems to improve the customer experience which can be anything from a phone call, through to providing a positive experience with on-line shopping order. Being charged with the operations of the infrastructure for 30 seat IP call centre, blended automated diallers which managed peak call times from national television campaigns to allow for a manageable call back outcome. ITIL documentation on all our IT operations is also a part of my role which gives benefits to directors when viewing IT costs and when improving our services to customers and staff through proven best practices. The documentation on our IT operations is consistently updated to ensure accurate data, this provides a systematic approach to the management of out IT provisions.
