Chris was on my team at WEL. He started off on the support shift night/weekend team which is very challenging as you are helping drivers, customers and taking breakdown calls. Chris did an amazing job at staying calm and patient no matter what the situation. Drivers and customers loved getting him when they called in because they knew he would help resolve any issue or concern they had. Chris also helped train the new people who came onto that shift and then when he transitioned to days he continued to help train new office hires and drivers. Chris’ patience and easy going approach allowed people to feel very comfortable learning from him and asking questions. Several times when we would have gaps on the night shift, Chris would go back to nights to help cover. He is the epitome of a team player. I would love to work with him and have him on one of my teams again.
