As head of operations my role involves the following: Growing the Meraki Restaurant Group Business development throughout all restaurants Overseeing day to day operation (whole team will report to yourself) providing consistency and operational support. Recruitment of senior roles within business Management of H&S and compliance for group Rolling out new Processes and Procedure and any new software etc Identifying, feasibility and implementation of special projects/software etc Management of stock, procurement in line with weekly budgets to ensure we are hitting target GPs Review and sign off weekly rotas using rota ready ensuring venues and managing wage % Conduct weekly management meetings with Kevin and venue management team (fortnightly at each venue) Overseeing maintenance across the group and management of maintenance team Procurement of new commercial contracts Management of utilities Assisting with role out of new concepts and menus Conducting reviews and audits of existing standard operating procedures to improve and evolve customer service/experience and support team members Overseeing marketing, working closely with venue managers, website designers etc Identifying new business development ideas with venue managers to Increase restaurant profitability Quarterly review of P&Ls with accountant Participate in weekly meetings with head office to provide updates and discuss strategic priorities Team charity events Show less
