I just started a new career at Cycle Gear in Brookfield, WI. I decided to end my pursuit in the Loss Prevention field and try my hand in a field that is near and dear to my heart, motorcycles. Although I'm not directly dealing with motorcycles I am able to stay connected to the motorcycle community through retail accessories and apparel sales. I am excited to start this new chapter and expand my knowledge in this new field. Feel free to stop in to say hi and look around. It is a great option for all types of riders.

Responsible for the apprehension of shoplifters both external and internal(employees). I work on a daily basis with management towards building awareness about shoplifting including working with floor employees to build partnerships in regards to helping contribute to apprehension success. Weekly safety audits are performed to maintain a safe environment for employees as well as customers. I contribute to yearly inventory counts to help the company identify areas of opportunity for improvement in the stores overall shrink(loss) numbers. I travel between multiple stores in the district to help with their individual needs regarding all aspects stated above.
