I worked with Chris on the completion of his first "Green Belt" quality project on behalf of a customer. Chris was able to take a significant amount of disjointed performance data from his customer and, using the "six sigma" methodology, provide for his customer some appropriate targets for specific and significant cost reduction. His key accomplishment was the ability to show statistically which distribution centers were underperforming relative to each other and to the overall standard.
