  Mi primer trabajo profesional - trabajando en un instituto espanol como Auxiliar de Conversación. Sin duda, ha sido lo más __________ trabajo de mi vida pero desde el momento EN que llegué. Mi papel era trabajar con los profesores de inglés del instituto y animar a los estudiantes en cada clase para que pudieran ganar confianza con el idioma. Era una experiencia completamente nueva, donde no SOLO tenía que relacionarme con los alumnos en un contexto profesional, sino en un contexto en que INGLES es apenas ulitizado. He vivido en Espana MAS de una vez, pero esta vez he aprendido mucho mas sobre adaptarme a una situacion, buscando nuevas formas de ayudar a los alumnos cuando luchan con los METODOS tradicionales de ensenanza, o cuando faltan la confianza necesaria para participar en la clase.
