My role as a highly-trained Helpline Adviser understands the mortgage market and stays in touch with all the latest products, legislation and tax policy. Our house builders will refer their prospective buyers to us and we qualify them for a potential mortgage. We understand many people find the complexities of the mortgage industry difficult to grasp. As well as being objective, our Advisers are also straight-talking, presenting information as clearly as possible without using industry buzz words and technical jargon. As a Helpline Advisor we work very closely with the Banks and keep up with the latest criteria and we have specialist knowledge of House buying schemes like the Government backed Help to Buy Scheme.
