Ryan McSweeney

Chonny took me under his wing during my time as a Tech Artist on the DDO project. When it came to problem-solving, I could rely on him for solutions. I also frequently looked to him for feedback on my work because of his know-how and workflow. His time management skills helped keep the team focused, organized, and prioritized, and as a result, the team worked very well together. Working with him, I learned a lot about my discipline and about game development within a large studio. His patient and focused attitude makes him a valuable asset to any team.

Chonny is an incredibly talented and multi-disciplined artist. A mentor, colleague, and friend that was super-patient and always willing to take time out of his day to review work and help teach me the trade. His ability to find the most efficient and also the most practical solution to any technical issue was second to none. He was a master of managing interdepartmental issues and was always able to have things come in under-budget while maintaining expectations without compromising our art director's initiatives.
