- Report data WWTP & WTP- Take sample and test- Parameters for lab testing are temperature, pH, color ADMI, Total phosphorus, Total Nitrogen, ammoniacal nitrogen, COD, BOD, Sulphide, Chloride, Calcium Hardness, Suspended solid, total alkalinity, total iron which mostly reagent provided by Hach Malaysia.- Explain my role to officer from Jabatan Alam Sekitar Kuala Langat, JAS Selangor, KKM and PDRM during Covid-19 pandemic.- Item purchase and collect- Standby new parameter for lab test- Technical guidance by Zulhelmi as technical advisor on Hach product-Send samples for third party lab for data submission to DOE- Task assignment to subordinate- Ensure data accuracy- Lab test on liquid waste from wet pulp, paper packaging, powerplant, WWTP, WTP-Lab test on solid waste from washing line- Lab test on drainage and pond water-Parameters used same as above and additional check water content on solid waste before disposal to meet scheduled waste set by Department Standard Malaysia- Perform Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS)- Check standard of supplement chemical like NaOH, sodium hypochloride, etc before unloading tons of chemical to tank- 70 samples a day, 50 samples a shift for 4 QC staffs including me.
