- Helped create the organization and documents needed for a new advising site for ETBD students.- Answered questions of prospective high school students and their parents about the ETBD and Miami experience.- Used Photoshop to test out a potential project for a professor, and then sent back my work, along with a detailed list of the steps and tools I used in the final product. The final product was used as the example for the course’s project.- Connect ETBD students with the faculty/staff member they needed.- Closed up 6 office suites, 4 classrooms, and 2 student lounges at the end of every shift.- Organized the ETBD technology closet by putting similar tech into labeled containers and adding tags and Velcro to anything with wires, including: HDMI cords, mouses, and VGA connectors.- Created a catalog and sign-out sheet for the ETBD technology closet.- Designed television and print graphics for use in several academic buildings and TVs.- Designed social media posts for the department Instagram page.- Wiped down the tables and whiteboards in 4 classrooms weekly.- Prepped 20 “swag” bags weekly for prospective high school students with a folder full of flyers, sunglasses, notepads, and pens.- Hung up ETBD event flyers in 5 academic buildings and on several bulletins by sidewalks on campus.- Informed the Administrative Assistant about when more supplies were needed, including: printer ink, folders for “swag” bags, and trash bags.- Created a slide show of 28 of the ETBD faculty and staff by sending out a survey asking for their title, description of what they do, and a professional photo, which I then compiled.- Picked up faculty office keys and other hardware needs several times from the Miami Service Building.- References from Chair of the ETBD Department and the Administrative Assistant available upon request.
