I was a Learn To Swim instructor for preschool and school age children. I have been able to work with many children of different skill levels and strengths. I have experience with teaching children with special needs in my classes. In this position, effective time management and organisational skills are paramount to having every class run smoothly. I was constantly monitoring the time and adjusting activities to suit each child’s needs and abilities so that both the children and parents got the most out of each lesson.
