It has been a pleasure supervising Chloe as part of the product development department at Wellstat Diagnostics. Chloe was a key member of the project team tasked with taking an early development assay to assess chemotherapy agent burden in cancer patients through to a 510k FDA pre-submission as a clinical IVD POC device in 2014. In addition, Chloe was the project lead generating a full feasibility assessment on the potential 510K submission of a novel creatinine assay. She is the go-to teammate for GLP quality reagent prep and an active participant in company meetings generating well organized PowerPoint presentations. She is a popular, gregarious person that we all enjoy working with. I wish you the very best moving forward Chloe!

Chloe was the senior research associate in the malaria serology lab at Walter Reed when I arrived in 2009. She was extremely personable and communicative as soon as I was placed next to her in the lab. She instructed me on basic laboratory procedures such as buffer-making and housekeeping. More importantly, she was able to teach me the important regulatory procedures that go along with working in a GLP environment. She trained me to optimize and validate ELISAs that are still in use there, as well as to write SOPs for the vaccine development branch of the United States military.

During my time at Walter Reed I worked for in multiple laboratories related to the development of malaria vaccines. I was initially hired to produce passive vaccines against malaria using humanized monoclonal antibodies and by the time I left I was developing and qualifying assays used in the testing of clinical trial data.
