  I worked this role originally to complement my diploma in equine training and management. But since moving onto my degree I have continued working over the holidays at Hadlow. This role involves caring for up to 65 horses alongside a team of other staff while students are on there holiday periods. Often students are present on working days and require assistance as they to carry out there studies in equine. This is something I’ve had to learn to manage and support them in the correct way.
