      As the curriculum team we are developing one of the European Union's first digital institute of higher medical education allowing students to study to become doctors remotely. This is an integrative and proactive role which I excel in due to my broad skillset: OSCE development - working with a multitude of specialists to develop high quality OSCE rubrics, integrating tablet OSCEs, and co-ordinating the running of examinations for entire cohorts of students from around the world Assessment development - developing programmatic assessment with the implementation of test enhanced learning, among other programmes and developing solutions that combine medical education and remote assessment communication Product development - helping to develop an online medical education programme while managing problems arising in concurrently running modules Project management - assisting in the co-ordination of an international team of clinicians Strategy - utilising my expertise as a licensed physician to provide specialist solutions such as implementing an automated Ebel assessment for ease of calculation using an Excel solution
