I brought Chloe into the team, and she made an instant impact upon the business. Her energy and enthusiasm for all tasks was evident from Day 1. Initially brought in to assist the Supply Chain team, she has turned her hand to support not just my team but the wider business as well. An example of this was that I asked her to take on buying responsibilities with a change in structure of the Buying team gave her the opportunity to express her skills more. She has shown great initiative and maturity and will continue to develop as she gains confidence in her abilities. As time went on, Chloe also chaired the weekly Operations meetings with our fulfillment team. She has vastly out-performed expectations, and I fully expect her to go on to big things during her career. She genuinely will be a major asset to future businesses that employ her and they will discover a real gem here.
