  I completed my Professional Training Year as a Sports Nutrition Intern at the Surrey Human Performance Institute (SHPI). During this year, I provided nutritional support to many different athletes, all ranging in age, experience and sporting background. This support including running 1-1 consultations, dietary analysis, body composition assessments by skinfold and BIA, as well as group presentations. I also assisted with running the physiological tests, including running and cycling lactate threshold and VO2 max tests, CPETs and Resting Energy Expenditure assessments.
