  In this role, I reach out and communicate with vulnerable people in the area of ML2 who may be experiencing loneliness or express interest in being involved in the community. Through my counselling skills training built upon in my degree I am able to communicate via the telephone with these people in order to reduce feelings of loneliness or support them in any challenges they may be experiencing.
