  I am the Spa co-ordinator at Grace Belgravia. I am responsible for 7 therapists, 10+ freelance therapists and 5 treatments rooms. My job consists of admin, accounting, overseeing all spa bookings, creating and executing promotions and marketing of the spa, invoices, rota's, business development, 5 star customer service, dealing with complaints, I am based FOH so I help with the daily running of the club and members. I worked at the main reception for a year plus I worked at the medical reception for a year. I have experience in working with all aspects of the club including membership, the gym and Grace healthy home delivery.
