  As a Housing Navigator, I access every client's current situation and work together with them do create a path forward to finding housing. This includes and is not limited to - obtaining identification documents, discussing housing barriers (i.e. evictions, income limitations, criminal history, credit score, etc.), and determining which form of housing to obtain. I work with many literal homeless clients who need income-based housing and I work diligently to help them to obtain it.
