  I support and enable pupils with various learning needs to access the curriculum and further external agency support. I monitor progress and reflect on achievements as well as support parents via liaison with outside agencies on their behalf for furth diagnosis and intervention. As part of this role I am also level 3 safeguarding trained and work in accordance with the child protection act to ensure cohesive practice in keeping children safe is upheld across the college and in the wider community.
