  In March 2019, I started a small business with my business partner, selling frozen meats and seafood through eCommerce platforms in Hong Kong. As the head of the Marketing & Operations side of business, I managed all facets of business operations, including marketing, sales, and services delivery with keen focus on accelerating company revenue. Achievements included: ● Earned more than HKD$200,000 in sales amidst global pandemic● Recognised as first retail shop to introduce wild venison meat products to Hong Kong by successfully collaborating with Hong Kong-Japan suppliers.● Promoted and sold products to 100+ clients by organising and hosting a Chinese New Year market stall. Responsibilities included: ● Managed business operations and drove promotional campaigns through different means of social and print media● Performed regular photoshoots and editing of products as well as developed promotional content, including graphics and banners by deploying Adobe Illustrator● Managed multiple social accounts and created/uploaded promotional materials to facilitate business growth● Delivered expert-level management insights to ensure business success and continuity
