I developed an Omni-channel business model which enabled the company to access all verticals, accommodated the diverse purchasing preferences of customers and enabled the business to cater to end customers and channel partners. This model also enabled the company to transact directly with both channels to increase customer stickiness while providing complete control throughout the value chain. The company has achieved double digit revenue and GP growth year-on-year and 70% of the company’s revenue is now derived from company branded products. I re-structured the company to enable it to become more profitable and provide clear career paths for employees, introduced an incentive plan which motivated sales staff to exceed their targets.
