•Manage sales operations and processes such as planning, invoicing, costs, budgeting and forecasting, develop reports and FAQs used to share information.• Conduct research and analysis used to prepare expense reports and client invoices for multiple projects using accounting software and tracking tools like Xero and Harvest.• Responsible for the recruitment of entry and experienced roles within the company including developing information sessions for new employees; onboarding and separation process.• Support document management processes and learning across different units by collecting information, developing the policy and procedures and storing them on the internal server.• Manage client profiles, employee profiles, contract agreements, ensure compliance, collect feedback and make recommendations for improvement.• Collaborate with senior management to plan short and long-term goals and ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed.• Support employee communication; identify, address problems and opportunities for the company.
