Our project was placed 2nd in the course competition. I hope to have the website hosted online in the near future. • Green Film Festival Director
      • Jul 2016 - Apr 2017

After publicising the Green Film Festival in my third year, I went on to successfully undertake the lead organising role for the festival in my fourth year. I recruited, motivated and managed a team of 10-15 volunteers with varied skill-sets and levels of availability to ensure the week-long festival ran smoothly. I used communication and sales skills to negotiate fair prices for film licenses. I represented the festival positively in newspaper and video interviews. I ensured that all of our venues, sponsors and speakers were highly satisfied after working with us so that the relationships I built will benefit the festival in the future. Show less
