Advertising is blessed with a lot of interesting people, but every now and then you meet someone extra special. Chiquita is an example. If there is a 'perfect suit' in amongst Plato's collection of perfect forms then i'm sure it looks a lot like Chiquita. She's intelligent, caring, resourceful, tenacious and I couldn't imagine anyone i'd rather be with in a tight spot with.

      Clients: Westpac, BT Financial Group, Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC), Ikea and Jawun. At Lavender, I looked after a large financial services portfolio. During my tenure, we managed to grow the portfolio by winning two pitches to include online investing and projects for Westpac Institutional Bank of which I was able to grow our revenue 70% yoy. I introduced bespoke financial training modules to better understand the investment landscape and secured funds to facilitate first hand experience in buying equities online to ensure the team servicing the business had intimate knowledge of the trading platform. The most complex digital project I led was one for Wespac Institutional Bank, my first software development initiative. It involved developing a platform to connect institutional customers with economists from around the world, enabling the delivery of thought leadership material in real time. The platform included a sophisticated analytics tool that enabled WIB to understand what content their customers found most valuable and intuitively recommended further content allowing relationship managers to engage in conversation. Highlight: Winning an all staff strategic and creative challenge in March 2012, secured me a platinum pass to the SXSW film and interactive festival in Austin Texas, which simply put, reignited my firm belief that creativity can change the world.
