Chip brings outstanding communications expertise to everything he does. He’s a sharp, versatile, and eloquent writer. He is shrewd and strategic about messaging. He brings great passion to the mission while remaining laser-focused on goals and outcomes. He is creative and adaptable, continually challenging himself to approach problems from new angles. He also happens to be a fantastically warm and decent person. Any firm or institution would be lucky to have him on their team.

Recommending Chip Weiskotten, whom I worked with at WCS for eight years. Chip is a dedicated communications professional; innovative and creative; yet driven and determined to get the job done. One of my proudest moments working with Chip was on the campaign to make bison our national mammal. No one thought we had much of a chance to accomplish this goal. Chip developed and executed a comprehensive communications plan that relied on both national and hyper-local media -- particularly in the districts of key elected officials. And on April 27th, 2016, legislation was signed into law by President Obama with bi-partisan support. Without a strong communications effort, this never would have happened.
