  re:learn by CcHUB is the Education Practice at Co-Creation Hub and my role as the Project Manager is to manage all related programs and projects. Our mission is to improve STEM education by leveraging technology to create engaging content and introducing innovative teaching methods to STEM teachers with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of students. Other duties include: --Engaging with Education and Edtech Stakeholders to develop and implement programmes that align with their recommended objectives and expected outcomes. --Liaise with Monitoring and Evaluation team to design evaluation metrics for impact assessments of projects. --Overall planning of the activities, resources, budgets and operations of the Education Practice. --Forge partnerships with other organizations for providing possible services including Liaison with the Government. --Manage the Community of Practice: The Community of Practice is a continuous learning network that provides support for teachers as they apply the skills learned during various projects.
