I have been in management for close to 45 years and have been fortunate to work with some splendid young people. Without doubt Jennifer stands head and shoulders above all of them. It was a sad day when she left our employ, not only because her charming communications skills, that lifted everyones spirits, where no longer there; but simply it took us a very long time to re-adjust our organisation in the absence of her skill sets. She was such an integral part of our operation and her natural abilities to manage all challenges, could not be replaced to date. She brought the best out of everyone and I was always content leaving the operations in her safe hands when I travelled. There were many customer meetings that really didnt need my presence any longer, as she blended into the role of listener and problem solver with ease. I am so proud to have worked along side her and would recommend her without reservation.
