When the opportunity came for the business team to grow, I assumed responsibility for training the new specialists joining our team. I created & personally led the first business energy specialist training program for new starters. Whilst creating a new training program & managing my daily responsibilities I was also a part of the committee for the Octopus Equality Fund; a 6 figure charity fund that specifically aimed to support black communities in the UK. Through this, I built relationships with organisations across the country.
