  Chinonso Ogbogu is an award-winning entrepreneur, startup investor, content creator, gifted writer, and employer of labour, whose story is that of hard work, diligence, consistency, and resiliency.On October 1st 2014, he relocated to Lagos from Enugu, after suffering a devastating business failure that left him frustrated, depressed, sick, flat broke and suicidal. Faced with life’s harsh reality, he refused to stay down. Instead, in 2018, he picked himself back up and from the debris of his failure, built one of Africa’s fastest-growing companies.He is the founder of Sabi Writers—Africa’s leading writing solution company. A company he built with zero external funding and from his small bedroom in Lagos to occupying a massive, 13-bedroom twin apartments—serving clients across Africa and employing about 40 employees.Chinonso is unlocking a new industry and raising a new generation of young, professional writers and creatives in Africa. Some of his clients include blue chip corporations, CEOs of multinationals, Bank MDs, celebrities, successful entrepreneurs, Vice Chancellors, and high-profile government officials. In 2020, he was named the Emerging Young CEO of the Year by Anaedo Online. That same year, he launched Sabi Lab—the first writing lab in Africa. He currently sits on the Advisory Board of two growing companies in Africa and serves as a Faculty Member of a pan-African business learning community for African business executives in the diaspora. In February 2019, he was invited to be the keynote speaker at the largest Sales Convention in East Africa that was held in Kampala, Uganda. He is an investor in other startups and the author of four books—The Voices, The Gossip, Crack Squad, and Deep!—where he shares hands-on strategies and tools for business, team building, sales, and personal growth.Chinonso loves to teach and listen to good country songs.
