I had been working in OH!Study Education Center for almost 3 years now as an International Sales Specialist. My main job responsibilities are Business Development, Event Planning, and Marketing. It’s a fast-paced and high pressures environment. For example, when we host the 4-day exhibition over 3 cities, I usually manage a group of 40 people over a 2-week period. In this role, the major target is to meet the needs of the customers so managing a long-lasting relationship with our clients is the most important goal. I work very hard to be a significant member of the team. Even during the pandemic, the signup rate for our exhibition dramatically reduced but I still maintained 40-50 signups by working closely with my team. The industry that I work in currently is very fast-paced and ever-changing. I not only survive in such an environment but I also thrive under pressure when facing challenges. Show less
