    • Research And Development Scientist
      • Dec 2019 - Feb 2020

      • Identified the resident skeletal/progenitor cells within the bone microenvironment, which are retained post-Cerenkov Radiation-Induced Therapy (CRIT), as tissue engineering/regenerative medicine targets to improve cancer remission. • Identified the resident skeletal/progenitor cells within the bone microenvironment, which are retained post-Cerenkov Radiation-Induced Therapy (CRIT), as tissue engineering/regenerative medicine targets to improve cancer remission.

    • Research Fellow
      • Jul 2018 - Nov 2019

      • Optimized and carried out investigation on methods of periosteum derived progenitor cells (PDPC)’ harvest, and culture for maximum cell yield for utilization in the treatment of non-union bone fracture, and traumas. • Designed the experiments and evaluated the energy level (oxidative respiration/glycolysis), and the differentiation related inflammation/ autophagy occurring in PDPCs during osteogenesis to further the understanding of their contribution in bone healing/regeneration. • Designed the experiments and evaluated the possibility of EP1 antagonist to rescue the degradation effect of IL-1b in osteoarthritis using the osteoblast lineage induction.
