I was proud to be tapped to be a judge for the California State Fair Commercial Craft Beer Competition. California has the most craft breweries in the United States at approximately 950. As a California State Fair's Commercial Craft Beer Competition Judge, I was part of a team of people that evaluated an estimated 1,150 high quality beers from California brewers. After working for the Sciabica Family for 6 years, I was offered to be part of their brand new project, Track 424 Brewery! As beer lovers, we began with a mission to bring to the world of brewing the same artisan approach we use for olive oil: work backwards from a desired flavor profile to select the right methods and best ingredients to craft flavor that is pure pleasure for your taste buds!
