Chidinma Oli worked as my group's facilitator for a 2 week policy creation challenge. Chidinma was excellent. She created a friendly and productive work environment which encouraged everyone to contribute their best. She helped us to understand our tasks and deadlines, and offered feedback through-out. Thanks to her guidance we won the "Most Innovative Idea" Award and ranked 2nd overall. I do not believe our success would have been possible without her. Chidinma's input and management is a merit to any team.
