  -Processing and having a follow up of all foreign investment operations to match trade operation.-Comparing and matching trades that are posted -Reporting unmatched or failing trades intra-day to the correspondents-Allocating settlement trades on DTC , US Treasuries and Euroclear facing counterparty.-Preparing and distributing buy-in notices to correspondents regarding client short positions-Inquire with counterparties as to the reason behind trades-Distributing corporate event updates/options to select to Account Mangers, for their clients.-Applying all cash dividend payments, coupon payments to clients that choose to be paid in that matter, applying other corporate action events such as Merger from a company to another, as other corporate events as well.-Responding the daily bank reconciliation report sent from the Accounting Department, of all transactions made, and/or pending transactions to do, such as the coupon payments, pending cash dividends to get applied or adjusting few cents from the settled trades from the transactions prior to the settlement date.-Processing foreign exchange (FX) transactions sent from the Treasury Department, which includes two parties to buy one currency against selling another currency at an agreed price for settlement on the spot date.
