I worked with Chidanand for over 6 years, a key member of the Telecoms OSS (Operational Support Systems) team at T-Mobile/EE, in which time he demonstrated an ever-growing knowledge of Telecommunications support systems. He worked with key OSS systems in the Performance and Fault management domains, most notably Netcool. He also demonstrated great flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills, working on the ad hoc delivery of many other proprietary OSS Tools. Chidanand was, at all times, a pleasure to work with and, at the time I left IBM, he was beginning to make a name for himself as a Delivery Manager, demonstrating a calm, methodical approach.

I have had the pleasure of working directly Chidanand for over 7 years as at IBM in the Telecoms OSS (Operational Support Systems) area for T-Mobile/EE/BT. His tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me. We have worked together closely on some high profile projects – so I fully understand his capabilities in particular as a Delivery Manager. He has extensive Telecommunications knowledge. He has worked with key OSS systems In particular Performance and Fault management solutions and in particular Netcool. (A key tool for the Technical Operations Centre to keep the EE Mobile Network running). I have also worked with him on delivery of other OSS Tools e.g. Siteinfo/TUT Monitor systems tools used views of Network Cells and Clear Codes Monitoring facilities and have found him a fantastic delivery Manager to work with. As a Delivery Manager he is in control, brings the facts to the table in a clear manner, this ensures that projects understand their deliverables and required by dates and the processes to enable IBM to meet their commitments (this applies to IBM internally as well as the client). Chidanand is calm and collected at all times and great to work with he listens to both sides of any issues too and is willing to assist with queries. His ability to work with clients at all levels makes the clients feel comfortable and confident. He also works effectively and with clarity with other co-workers, making him a great addition to the team. He communicates well and his English language skills (spoken and written) are excellent. Making it easy for co-workers and clients to understand him and any documentation/processes he provides are clear. I wish him well for the future.
