  My PhD at Light and Electricity from Novel Semiconductors (LENS) Research Group is on In Situ Characterization of Electrically Active Point Defects in Ion-Implanted Zinc Oxide, Silicon and oxide semiconductors. I’ve gain extensive work experience in cleanroom environment, various processing and characterization techniques. My extensive skill sets include teaching and training students.
