In partnership with NzukoLabs and with funding from Ford Foundation, I launched the Southeast Coronavirus Intervention Network to create interventions and awareness on the Coronavirus pandemic among rural communities in Southeast Nigeria. Project covered 3 states (Abia, Enugu, Imo) and included pervasive radio broadcasts (30 per day per state, from 3 premium radio stations in each state) to create awareness among citizens. Led street and market outreaches to distribute handwash, facemasks and food packs to indigent homes. Over 25,000 facemasks and 3,000 bottles of handwash were distributed; along with 35 food packs, enough to last recipient families for 1 month. Show less
