  Personal Genome Project UK provides genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and self-reported phenotypic data under an open-access model, utilising a pipeline called Genome Chronicler. Genome Chronicler generates personal genomics reports from whole genome or whole exome sequencing data in PDF format. Under the supervision of Dr Beck and Dr Moghul, I am working on optimising the GenomeChronicler pipeline.
