In my day to day activity, I’m engaged/responsible to:• Manage the communication and relationship with national and local Institutions.• Manage the internal communication among different company departments, respecting high and middle level firm strategy.• Facilitate and manage workers’ relationships, especially in crisis periods.• Coordinate and manage Human Resources communication plans.• Design and implement internal Human Resources procedures and individual and global career plans.In addition to that, working at Sircatene as Head of Special Communication Projects Department, I’ve been involved in designing and creating special events as such the International Festival of Physics held in Varenna and sponsorised by Sircatene in 2011 with the attendance of 4 Nobel Prize winners and the collaboration of Italian University Università degli Studi dell’Insubria, National Trade Industry Chamber, Scuola Italiana di Fisica and local Institutions.

Working for Confindustria Lecco, the biggest industrial lobby in Italy, I assumed following main responsibilities: • Coordination of relationship with local and national Press Offices, ghost writer for top management, design and implementation of house organ and internal communication, support to marketing department in commercial initiatives, events’ organization and planning and developing of Ad campaigns.• Project Management of special events as such economic and political forums.• Responsible of Institutional Relationship with local and national stakeholders as such Trade Industry Chamber, public and private Foundations, University and Research Centres.• Organisation of special events, like the Economic forum of (METTI ANNO) with the special attendance of Josè Maria Aznar, former Spain’s Prime Minister
