  Kindergarten Educator - The EY Team implemented a constructivist and Reggio Emilia inspired approach alongside the UK EYFS Framework. I have contributed to the BSO and CIS accreditation process.   As my Italian qualifications were not recognised in the UK, I started working at Dersingham as a Teaching Assistant. I worked my way up to become a supply Teacher. Then I undertook the School Direct program which granted me the QTS.
