As a senior member of the Data team, one of my main responsibilities is developing long term projects related to strategy, along with improving internal collaboration processes between the Data and Marketing teams. Most recently, I spearheaded the piloting of a new data visualization tool to help the Marketing team incorporate more strategic concepts for their clients.Additionally, being their main point of contact, I provide daily support to help them meet the needs of their clients, from cohort analyses to reporting dashboards. In my Manager role, I’ve also trained and managed 3 new Data team hires in the past year as we grow the team. Show less

Audit Intern
-
Jun 2020 - Jul 2020
This internship was centered around Leadership and Digital innovation. During the program, I carried out weekly trainings to develop my understanding in both auditing and digital/data platforms. Another area of training involved shadowing a Senior Accountant, whereby I learned their auditing practices and procedures used to serve clients. In addition to trainings, we were tasked with several projects throughout the summer, specifically focused on recruitment and innovation. For our innovation project, my group and I presented a unique contactless payment app that would hypothetically revolutionize payment in Canada. My favourite part of the internship was more initiative-related, in which a group of interns and I came together to develop a Diversity Training program to be implemented in the recruitment process.
